"The estimate for a new roof was very quick and left with us - with 3 different options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy any of the three options We communicated which option we wanted, a repress came out to the house with a contract, and we made a down payment. Shortly afterwards, we were called and asked if we wanted the installation down on a date the following week. We set a date, the installers came out, ripped off the old shingles, installed the new shingles and vents, cleaned up, and were done in approximately 7 hours. They did a super job of cleaning up after themselves. The next day a representative came out, did an inspection, and asked if we had any questions. He then presented us the paperwork for the job that was done including the guarantee, and took our check to pay for completion of the work. Very professional and efficient process, and the roof looks great. I highly recommend Custom Exteriors, they do excellent work"
